Product Overview

True Double Telecentricity

Unlike standard telecentric lenses that only correct entrance pupils, our Bi-Telecentric series corrects both object and image space. Even if your industrial camera's sensor is mounted with a slight mechanical tilt, or the inspected object experiences vertical vibration on the conveyor, the dimensional magnification remains 100% locked.

Harsh Environment Stability

Weighing a solid 320g, the heavy-duty anodized aluminum body ensures absolute optical axis stability under heavy industrial vibrations. Engineered with a wide thermal operating range (-20°C to +80°C) and front M62 filter threads, it thrives inside hot stamping facilities and harsh machining environments.

Reliable, Risk-Free Supply

We understand that continuous production relies on a predictable supply chain. By strictly focusing on civilian-use optical components and explicitly avoiding export-restricted materials like Germanium, our export processes are highly streamlined. We deliver globally compliant, ready-to-assemble optics directly to your factory floor or third-party integrators.

Metrology & Performance Reports

Metrology Analysis & Application Fit

  • Target Spectrum: Optimized for broadband Visible to Near-Infrared (VIS-NIR) wavelengths.
  • Resolution Assurance: Resolving down to 16.5μm (on 0.2X models) with an exceptional MTF (>0.4), ensuring your vision software experiences zero binarization threshold errors when measuring ultra-fine contours.
  • Primary Applications:
  • High-precision metrology of silicon semiconductor wafers
  • Non-contact gauging of internal threads, micro-gears, and fasteners
  • Dimensional verification of stamped smartphone mid-frames
  • Medical device micro-component profiling

One-Stop Metrology Calibration Bundles

To unleash the full <0.01° telecentric potential of this lens, precise spatial calibration is mandatory. Alongside our in-stock bi-telecentric lenses, we manufacture matching High-Precision Machine Vision Calibration Targets (including standard 50x50mm chrome-on-glass plates certified to ±5um accuracy). Bundle your lens with a matched target to achieve plug-and-play sub-micron measurement right out of the box.
